DCC

Digital Command Control is the application of computer technology to contol the movements of locomotives and operation of accessories.  Each locomotrive is fitted with a decoder that is uniquely programmed and responds only to those command signals addressed to it. DCC also allows a wide range of extras including controllable lighting and on-board sound.
